Both bedrooms on this side give access to the spacious roof terrace. Stairs from the living area lead to the other two bedrooms of which one is the master bedroom with views over the Lange Voorhout. The fourth and last bedroom gives access to the roof terrace as well and both rooms have air conditioning. The second bathroom has a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, and double wash basin. Both sides can be closed in between to create two different top-floor apartments for if you have guests over but can be kept open to walk from one bedroom into the next one. The roof terrace is situated at the rear of the property and ensures both calmness and plenty of space to enjoy your summer days.
