The property has a very large living area, a spacious roof terrace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In other words: this is a unique chance to live in a very spacious double-upper house in a unique and historic location.Layout:The general entrance on the ground floor reaches a very spacious hallway with original marble stairs and floors. The staircase and elevator can take you to the second floor where we find the entrance to the apartment. The fourth and last bedroom gives access to the roof terrace as well and both rooms have air conditioning. The second bathroom has a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, and double wash basin. Both sides can be closed in between to create two different top-floor apartments for if you have guests over but can be kept open to walk from one bedroom into the next one.
