A water taxi is also a nice transportation method to the north side of the bridge. Layout Ground floor Enter into a stylish lobby where the concierge can handle several day to day necessities. Proceed into the hallway with three high-speed elevators that will take you to the 11th floor. 11th floor A spacious hall leads to the apartment. Enter into a corridor with access to a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, a double sink and toilet. On the other side of the corridor the fully furnished master bedroom is located with access to a balcony which extends over the entire width of the apartment. Next comes an open space that can be used as both a spacious office and/or bedroom. Both the master and 2nd bedroom face the west and have a spectacular view of the harbour. On one side of the 2nd bedroom an indoor storage fitted with shelves offers plenty of storage space. This is room is also equipped with a washer/dryer combination. Opposite the storage room a second/guest toilet is located. Proceed to the very spacious living area where large windows over the entire height and width of the living room offer a great view of the Rotterdam skyline. A large sliding door gives access to the balcony of this corner apartment. The high-end open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and integrated extraction system, two dishwashers, a combi oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a built-in coffee machine, a wine cooler and lots of storage space for all your kitchen necessities and more. Basically everything you need is available and ready for use. Just like the rest of the apartment the living area is fully furnished with a large sofa, dining table, china cabinet and as icing on the cake a beautiful grand piano.
